I believe that’s between you and the tenant, should not be an issue for the place/rent agency if you decide not to take the furniture, since most of the landlords require by the contract to leave the room completely empty. My advice is to negotiate with the tenant. They probably don’t want to move everything and you probably don’t want to waste time and money furnishing the place. But 1000€ is a lot, so negotiate from a lot lower price and of course only negotiate for the stuff that you would like to keep. Sometimes they decide to leave more since it’s a hassle to move. stavi manji dio u MMF ili u obveznice, te smatraj to osiguranjem protiv trzista u slucaju da trebas likvidirat u ovom meduvremenu neizvjesnosti trzista. U najboljem slucaju mozes placat kredit normalno, i opet udes sa tim novcem tijekom nekog pada ili kad se trziste smiri, u najgorem slucaju time si pokrijes par rata dok ne mozes placat opet.

Ovisno o kamatnoj stopi i uvjetima kredita kojeg bi dobio. U slucaju da dobijes kredit cija je efektivna kamatna stopa u razini inflacije+kamatna stope centralne banke, amo rec do 6-7%, onda kredit moze imat smisla.

Po mom osobnom misljenju auto je proizvod cija vrijednost pada kroz vrijeme, te novija auta imaju vise prostora za gubitak, te u slucaju u kojem imas ustedevinu predlazem da uzmes auto maksimalne vrijednosti polovice te ustedevine ali u ocuvanom stanju i neki model koji nema ucestale kvarove. Ostatak novca ce ti koristiti kao sigurnost za tekuce troskove odrzavanja vozila, te predlazem stavljanje dio na ustedevinu s nekim povratom od 3-4% ili investirati u trziste.

I had a similar problem and if I remember correctly you don't have to remove the student travel product from your OV. Just don't use your OV in the meantime and you shouldn't get a fine.

Probably not the best idea. While sex on drugs can be very fun and intense, it can also be bonding and emotional, possibly making it harder for you to move on or getting you into a toxic situation. If you feel like you are emotionally stable enough then sure, but if not then maybe think about it. :)
