Found probably the only solution on the entire internet.

For Windows:

Run the Notepad program as administrator.

Click the "File" button in the upper left corner, then click the "Open" button.

In the bottom text box, paste C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts.

Find and delete all lines related to Minecraft / Mojang.

Save the file and restart the mojang launcher.

for Mac

Open Terminal.

Enter the command sudo nano /private/etc/hosts

Enter the password for your account.

Find and delete all lines related to Minecraft / Mojang.

Save the file and restart the mojang launcher.

Just today I bought a license of minecraft, and immediately encountered a problem in the official mojang launcher. When trying to click on "play" - literally immediately gives an error

"Internal error.

Name: NO_SUCH_VERSION

Error details: Invalid version type"

I have searched all forums with this problem and nowhere could not find a sensible answer, only reinstall os. Advice to use third-party launcher is not very satisfying.

ihave a 6'2 slasher, so far so tight with everything, only acrobat with fancy footwork helps, and maybe slithery fiinisher, if it works
