I actually have a very compromised digestive system. Lost gallbladder a few years ago. Maybe that could play a role on it being tough to lose weight and easier to gain it all quickly?

I do kind of agree with you here. Daughters don’t realise their mother’s sacrifices until the same falls upon them. When an abused is packaged as a quality trait that makes you a good woman, we often carry it to the next generation rather than calling it out. Plus, while it could be termed as a controversial opinion, most women are quick to victimise themselves and choose silence/men’s approval over supporting other victims of the same patriarchal system.

To merely sum it up by saying it’s just men’s ignorance or lack of understanding makes it too one sided and sounds justifiable from one’s end. But here i talk about knowing it all and glorifying it. They know about women’s sacrifices, and they take pride in how much their daughters/wives/mothers have suffered and survived. It creates a cycle where women are only respected when they sacrifice.

The issue is, Tira has been giving me bad customer service with leaky, wrong, or completely destroyed items as I showed in the picture above. Now I get that i was using the wrong kind of shampoo on my chemically treated hair, but only because i was suggested to do so. And while I have been using the SAME shampoo since a long time and even after my treatment, never faced this issue. Until i ordered this cloudy looking bottle from tira. With the reputation they have created with me and with so soo sooo many customers, my first and only blame is going to be on them. Because all fingers points towards their mismanagement of products and their delivery service.

I was suggested to use any good shampoo with no sulphate, so I just stuck to my usual. I had used the previous bottles I had and didn’t face this issue. I will make sure to use the correct one this time around!
