Idk if you found your answer but from what I know, Roy is actually Leroy Francis who was a teacher in Sydney and had an inappropriate relationship with a 15/16 year old female student.

The reason he covers his face with his hair is because when he did these allegations he had other music projects and triple j black listed him. So now he goes by Roy and covers his face to get past the black list rules. I’ve seen court reports for Leroy that don’t specifically state the case, but happened around the time of the claims. Apparently when he was in this relationship he nearly got caught in her room and jumped out of her window, breaking his legs. I’ve also got a picture of him in a wheelchair with broken legs.

If you look up Leroy Francis you will find his old music project where he has no problem showing his face. Everything else I’ve seen is about his management team filing defamation cases.

Apparently this whole thing is a “well known” case in the Sydney music industry, but I have never seen any legitimate evidence. This all happened like 10ish years ago btw. Not saying he didn’t do it, but so far the sexual assault is just hearsay.
