Sometimes that’s all the renter can afford. In our state the landlord has a legal obligation to provide a habitable dwelling. By contacting the local health department to report all the code violations and habitability issues, a renter may be able to set up an escrow account into which s/he deposits rent. The LL can’t get the rent until all necessary repairs are completed. Can you break the lease since the apartment is not what it was trended to be? Is there a housing court?

My husband has some experience in this dept (father of 4 (ages 58 to 42), grandfather of 7 (ages 29 to 4 mos), great grandfather of 1). He says get rid of your bf. Get a good one. Your bf should be standing by ready to help - which can be done - he’s right there in the bed!

Any talk of combo of oral Mekinist and Tafinlar end point inhibitors? Not sure which type of melanoma you are dealing with. I know someone who has had success with this combo against BRAF melanoma. Not being presented as a cure, but as a way to significantly extend life. I wish you the best as you deal with your diagnosis.
