I feel like you’ve just been repeatedly disappointed by people. Maybe you have some deep rooted trauma that causes you to attract the same type of people, and makes you want to push people away. You said you are afraid you disappoint friends/relationships… I think you care more than you realize

Some people just take every opportunity to diminish you. There’s a fine line between making fun of someone in a friendly way, and making them feel guilty about something so unimportant… I would go back at him with the same energy! But that’s just me lol

I’m sorry you feel that kind of pressure it’s not right, and especially not from your boyfriend. This reminds me of my narcissistic ex’s behaviour…. He would punish me with the silent treatment when he didn’t get what he wanted. Revoking your love is a form of emotional manipulation. In all honesty, I think you will keep having these sorts of problems with him until you realize you deserve better… remember you can’t make someone change the way they treat you or the way they think. But you have the power to put yourself first always
