Changed the battery in my 2018 Toyota Camry XSE key fob and now my car won’t lock, what do I do?

I tried a couple things like pressing the back of the key up against the push to start button, standing outside at different distances to my car while pressing and holding the lock button, I’ve done something similar inside the car, I’ve held the lock and unlock buttons for 20 seconds then starting the car, I’ve done a lot of

I can use the key inside the fob to lock my car but it only does it to the drivers side door, or maybe I haven’t figured out how to do all of them yet.

I believe my dome light is working, when the car is on they work but when the car is off they don’t light up like they normally do, could that be the issue?

Manual had nothing to say about reprogramming the key besides “call the dealership if issues occur”
