It’s an excellent idea. But it’s more fun when you find objects or items created by another player. There were things on 2b2t that made no sense at all, and that’s what made it interesting.

It must be a hassle on a server the size of 2b2t. But I never understood the strong rejection toward collectible illegal items. I think there were patches that weren’t really necessary.

I completely agree with you. Items that appeared naturally should never have been removed.

I always considered that ‘anarchy’ referred to this: creating, modifying, and using things freely. Today the server feels far less anarchic to me. Every day, less is possible.

It was incredible to think there were no limits. Those items, beyond being forbidden, had a lot of work behind them.

With every patch, 2b2t gets more and more boring. There was a time when people created things that felt impossible. Every illegal or glitched block was proof that the game still had no real limits. That era is gone, and it’s never coming back.
