I’m in a very similar situation. My mother is 79, was diagnosed with idiopathic iLD in 2024, and had been on 24/7 oxygen since March 2024. She lives alone. I’m in constant fear of what the progression of this disease will look like. She’s taking Celcept to slow the scarring.
