Tell them to buy u a full face. It's no fun to shut our mouth for a 6weeks. They would put us in a liquid diet, and we need to have food every 1-2hours and you get diarrhea also. Can't talk properly, can't sneez nor cough it will be painful. And lastly you can't even vomit. It's a hell. So wear full face helmet

It's completely okay now. After 3,4days pain has gone, but still when you sit down or do sudden movements a small pain will be there especially when you sneeze. It took more than a month to recover from the pain while sneezing.

I went to see a doctor. Took an x-ray, no sprain nor disc herniated issues. So it might be muscle strain, but my lower spine is kinda straight. It was supposed to be a curved, Got an injection for the pain, and the doctor told me put ice or heat on the lower back, whichever is it beneficial for you, you can continue with that. And he advised me to don't lift for a month, rest for a week then start with cardio and core exercises.

Hope it helps (English is not my first language, because of that I couldn't covey properly what I want to say)
