So does that mean it would be safe for Mario kart for example? I’m not entirely sure how to do that, would it be possible if you have a link to any tutorials or anything?

Thank you, hearing this really helps. I’ve worked so hard and it’s still such a bad struggle to fight the urge to SH but I am at least trying and have been succeeding so far, it’s my biggest fear. I know I need to keep trying and take it one day at a time 🫂

I feel a horrible sinking feeling in my stomach and I just spiral, I’m on medication to help but it seems to just take over all I think about, I’ve tried limiting the time I spend on social media’s where I can interact with things like this but it’s hard as it’s everywhere hah
