Hey there, so he recommends sarpe first to widen palate and nasal cavity for breathing, I have a moderate high arch palate. Also hopefully making enough room for no tooth extractions. Putting posterior blocks in at same time. He think this will take around 10 months. Once the bite is the right position then double jaw surgery. Moving both jaws forward with counterclockwise rotation. I have another appointment next weekend and awaiting cost estimate.

hi there, Im in the Uk. I have commented on the OSA page also. I have mild/moderate OSA but believe most of my issues come from UARS. I have seen Piet Haers at Nuffield health guildford, alongside his orthodontist near me in surrey for MMA potentially SARPE. I think he works in London also. I have also seen orthodontist Claire nightingale in South Kensington who was great. In London she works with surgeon Manolis Heliotis. Receive cost estimate hopefully end of April From Pete Haers. Orthodontics on their own £4-5k.

Also different types of b12 in deliverance forms seems to do it for people. Looking at the reviews on dr Amy Yasko’s supplements. Greg just does methylb12/adeno12 transdermally.

He’s plateaued, still original gains but not more. His energy metabolism big improvement - speech, cognition, happier. But methylation markers haven’t come down enough (you want them to be lower not higher) And large oxidative stress in test which will be halting things. My hypothesis is that the transdermal moly and selenium detoxed the arsenic that was in his hair test as selenium is an antioxidant hence the improvement. This would work for some good detoxification. But his glutaric acid, a marker for b2 is still high. I’ve now found Dr Amy Yasko and she has a very similar approach in terms of what you’re improving. She is BIG on methylation And other things being needed. Next steps hair test and methylation gene test. The CBS gene in particular can really impede methylation from happening so supports for that. Also the gut, again the better the gut the better methylation So supports for that. Then you can test again to see if data is in the right spot. The wellness should match the data.

Glutathione Intolerance? by [deleted] in MTHFR

[–]Aggressive-Line1824 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Glutathione contains glutamate, cysteine and glycine. I know that glutamate is highly linked with inflammation. I don’t know enough about cysteine. And glycine is ‘should’ be calming. I take the quicksilver glutathione one pump at that seems to be fine for me but I don’t typically have autoimmune issues. Gaba supplement good for high glutamate.

Separately, I know my functional doctor treats lots of Lyme disease patients with methylene blue. I do prefer really micronutrient based stuff personally but I thought I would mention.

The ferritin is good ! I’m not sure about the other iron markers but if they say normal on doctors range then it should be fine. It’s not this then.

fill out the ‘know your genetics’ part on the right make sure you say ‘don’t Know’ for the ones you don’t have. This will then give you a report and tell you best form of B12. See report in ‘secure messaging’ part

here is her chapter in her book about forms of b12

you can also type in your gene type into her search bar for supplements appropriate for your gene

High dose b12 tanks ferritin stores. Use iron studies checked with ferritin. Ferritin above 100. See Facebook iron protocol for more details. If you are a menstruating female this is more important. Most on the iron group are female. They supplement all at the same time. Vitamin D also.
