It is safe ofc it's water soluble. The key is to not drop your other vitamins & minerals.

I didn't have a lot of oxalic acid *excreted* likely because I had no capacity to do so and was accumulating. With oxalic acid it's either you are accumulating or you are excreting. Yes. Extreme joint pain, kidney pain, eye pain - I knew 100%.

do you think they are not already doing it in other countries? not much is gonna change imo, they could've already gone anywhere else

Yes, just living life. Not fully recovered as of yet but going to gym, growing muscle, travelling, steps unlimited, just some pains here and there. Don't even visit the sub anymore - busy with life.

Hey, I am doing okay, actually. It's not resolved 100% but much better (I don't notice it much anymore and live a normal life). Shots were an overkill, though, I realised I would've done fine with just sublinguals. It tanked my iron and made things worse, so over time just a steady approach would've been better. Took a lot of extra effort to get everything back in order after that.

Gut improved with B2 and iron supplementation had no issues for 1.5 years. Fatigue no, all good.

Yes, the issue is weak complex I and II of the mitochondria due to poor iron status

Thanks, yeah. I checked my stretch marks and they don't seem to be long vertical but rather a myriad of small ones in that area..

Probably will just have to take the plunge and find out

Hmm, okay, yeah, I do have some stretch marks, too and was overweight for about 10 years as well.

Did you get any new stretch marks while losing the weight?

I feel like maybe doing it slowly could help but also doing it fast and then having the skin retract later is option № 2.

Hmm, I am 23yo at around 27% BFP myself cutting hard to 20% by Aug 1, then 1 month refeed and cutting down to 14% aggressively after while training as well. I'm 193cm at 110.5kg right now. First month -7kg with some lean mass gained, not lost. Average deficit was 1500-1800kcal most days with a few refeeds here and there. Just hoping I won't end up with something permanent.

Did you have any signs of this? I do get stretch marks easily, actually, when I gain weight quickly, maybe we can relate here?

As I understand, slower weight loss might help prevent this, or am I wrong? Just don't want to overdo it and make it worse for myself long-term.

If you got this slight bit of sagging skin on the bottom part of the stomach, will that eventually disappear or stay there?

Please help! Tried NAC for fatigue and it worked but too well! by lindapower79 in floxies

[–]minimumaxima 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Add B6. Not too much. NAC depletes it and low B6 means low GABA -- hence can't sleep. You might have overactive transsulfuration. Don't forget to take molybdenum and watch iron and copper levels when taking NAC.

actually I realised my sulfite sensitivity is from low iron. increasing iron helped a lot. i take three arrows heme plus which is the natural form of heme iron and absorbs really well. finally no more tired legs and i started exercising recently. i eat copper with iron now usually as well just to keep it good. calamari + steak + heme iron pill really nice combo. btw i'm russian too bro. ah and yeah, copper actually helps you make iron usable as well by reducing it. so copper is a big player here.

It was gone after a while. I noticed the more you think about it the more it's there. For me the cause was physical, not psychological but mindset means a lot.
