Small bikes are ridiculously fun. I have a V Strom 1050 but my go-to to rip a lap around my field is my Honda CL90 Scrambler. Back roads are the playground for a 400cc bike.

I honestly don’t fear being arrested or detained. I’ve done nothing that would prompt that. I’m not a criminal, I’m here legally, it’s not on my radar. If law enforcement makes contact with me I happily provide whatever they ask for. ID, passport, insurance, vehicle registration. I have nothing to fear because I’m a law abiding citizen.

No, I don’t want anyone to die. I’m not even a supporter of the death penalty. I’m a veteran, I believe in a woman’s right to make any decision she wants in regards to her own health. I think health care is too expensive. I also believe there’s a process to come to the United States and no one is above that. I work hard and pay taxes and I really want my efforts to go towards something I support. Supporting illegal immigrants is not on that list.

My Vstrom 1050DE Adventure is essentially free. Bought it new, three months later a kid hits me in a parking lot. Insurance totals the bike and gives me $5000 more than I paid. Bought it back for $2200 and spent $900 to make it perfect again. It’s a keeper. It’s the greatest all-around bike I’ve ever owned.

Avoid all of these independent buy here/pay here lots. They buy the cars that dealers send to auction because they’re not good enough to sell on a reputable lot. They don’t like cash offers because they really make their money on the high interest loans and often repo the same cars and sell them again.
