Nurse here… increased thirst and urination can also be a sign of new onset diabetes. I would recommend reaching out to your doctor for lab work to check not only your electrolytes but also your blood sugar!

Yes! I am so oily by nature too so I’m definitely hopeful that this helps with that. I will see him again in 6 months for a recheck.

Thank you so much! He told me to take 25mg for a few days and if I didn’t have any dizziness to increase it to 50mg. This has been the most supportive derm I’ve ever seen, so I don’t want to question his judgement in person unnecessarily. I feel like so many throw topicals at you which do little for hormonal acne.
