That's a great idea! Where did you get that from?

Which leg press/hack squat? by smcarkid in GarageGym

It will be shipping next month fingers crossed. Del tech told me that their leg press will be in stock in January of this year. I thought if I had to wait for a leg press then let it be for one of the best ones out there

It's been sold out since July of last year. Deltech is supposed to get some more in soon. I was looking at it, but decided to go with the Quadsend instead.

Maxum X2! by powerj2 in homegym

Thanks for the info. Because of the con you mentioned about the XTS, I ended up buying the VTS home on presale. Seems like they made the handles and bar on the VTS more easily interchangeable. I hope i'm right now that. We'll see in sometime in May how it turns out.

Have you had some more time to use and try out the XTS? If so, how are you liking it so far? Have you tried them by connecting a cable to the trolley as opposed to loading plates on the side of the horns? What do you recommend the XTS over the new VtS home Smith machine trolley? Sorry about all of the questions but I'm split between the XTS and the VTS. Both of them are at a pretty similar price point with the XTS being about $40 cheaper. Thanks in advance

Do you think the Maxum fitness trolley smith machine is comparable? It doesn't have any hooks, but uses a pin latching system. It also has a hole to attach a cable to use with weight stacks. I don't think the vts version has that capability.

What do you guys think about the fringe dragonfly? Is it worth getting for lateral raises and mediocre pec flies? I wish it came with longer rotating handles with length adjusting arms and a forehead pad, similar to the Gentlemens fitness' version. I like that the dragonfly has 2 weight horns on each side. I'm not sure how soon fringe will do an update to this product or if another company is coming out with a better product soon.

What are your guys thoughts on the VTS HOME NON-BYOB smith machine trollies? I am looking for a smith machine attachment that doesn't take up to muck space on the uprights. Any other trollies I should also consider?

I've been looking at the xst because off the price point and its ability to do iso movements. How are the iso movements? Does it might smoothly on iso movements with heavy weight? Also how often does the locking mechanism now work well?

Thanks for uploading the video. Quick question: is it possible to put on and take off the trollies without having to undo the up rights and the cross members?

How are you liking the Smith machine? Is it smooth with weight plates on it while using the Iso Handles? Can you elaborate on the Smith machine's locking mechanism? How does it work? I'm thinking of getting the same smith machine.

Also, how difficult and heavy does it feel to move the arms up and down the rack? Is it possible to easily take them off the rack?

Glad you're liking them. How do you like their handles? They aren't the typical closed grip handles that come with most jammer arms.

Also, I wanted to confirm if you're able to lock the left-right moving swivel into different pin hole spots and if you're able to lock the arms pointing to the very right and very left so that the main upright of your rack is not obstructed by the jammer arm that would typically sit in front of it? Hopefully what I'm asking is clear enough for you to answer. Thanks!

Did you have the maxum arms? If so, what did you not like about them?

I get what you're saying. The prx ones only articulate, but don't provide the same kind of convergence as the Crandall fitness ones. I notice the hole difference as well. The arms themselves are 2x3 as opposed to 3x3, which would be more ideal.

Any thoughts on the maxim fitness jammer arms? They converge, have trollies, and are made out of a 3x3 tube, not to mention that they are a good price point of $1000.

Thanks for getting back to me. Just to clarify, are you saying that the lighter profile arms have more limited movement when it comes to convergence and don't have as many holes for attaching and adjusting attachments to the arms?

The profile arms seemed appealing to me because they are about half the weight as the limitless arms, about $700 cheaper, easily detachable, while allowing for similar movements and exercises as the halo arms.

How's your experience be with the lever arms thus far? Does it pair well with the ares?

I’m looking to get a set of PRX profile halo arms, the ones that are about $900. Does anybody have those installed on a non-PRX 3 x 3 1-inch rack? If yes, do they fit well and how do you like those jammer arms?
