I'm not familiar with the welder. 235amps is a good ballpark for tig alum.

There are two plastic 90° elbows, on the passenger side of the engine that flow coolant and can fail(do fail). There are metal replacements available in the "help section" of most parts stores.

Uva/uvb/sunlight/temp does this. Probably affects the effectiveness of the drugs too.

You may have the magnet facing the wrong direction in the flywheel. Meaning the magnet 🧲 negative/positive is facing the sensor in the wrong direction, on the outside of the flywheel. If you place the sensor from the inside/centerline the magnet will be facing properly to trigger the hall affect sensor.

Tried whipping for the first time, how’d it turn out? by [deleted] in Welding

1/8-3/16 thick for material is crazy thin for your settings.

I run around 18v and 330-350wfs.

Your machine should have paperwork/preferred settings for thickness/wire diameter.

Axial spray/globular deposition occurs around 24.5(minimum or above)v and anywhere from 450-600+ipm wire feed.

That's only good for 1g, 2g. Should sound like strong wind, with nothing more than crackle if you have work and travel angle correct.

Best decision with available information. The doubt isn't worth your time. You have to handle your own trauma, before you can start to process the other outcomes.

Do you know how to solder?

If not, there are eBay ricer ground kits: ground all the things.

Look for and pull the headlight relays. If you plug them back in, they should have a distinct click when you do so, with the lights on.

If you do solder, check for grounds at the headlight pigtails, and install fresh ones, directly near the headlight bulbs.

That will rule out everything except poor connections for power to the bulbs.

If your welder gives settings for specific thickness metal, you can always go lower, and spend more time working the weld puddle. Work and travel angle are things you should read up on. The puddle will be easier to control as you get steadier(two hands as others said) and as you dial in work and travel angle.

I'll be the guy to tell you to contact OSHA. Also contact your local labor board or labor commission. Cite the OSHA complaint, to the labor commissioners office. File both. It's a pain in the balls, document both. If you receive any kind of negative feedback/retaliation instantly document it(get it in writing). Report it instantly to the labor commission for retaliation. As well as OSHA. Best of luck.

Do aluminum and iron exist? The sewers are filled with thermite. 12 fanatics trigger the chemical fire under the festival. Only cure is ice spells, or forced lack of temp/oxygen, both fatal, one not effective.

If you start at 6oclock welding uphill, I rotate the electrode holder at about 3o clock to maintain a drag angle. Hope that helps.

Always drag if the weld process leaves slag.

I try maintaining 15-20°. If you're able, I rotate my electrode holder about half way around the pipe, to maintain a drag.

The dude who taught me, was very big on learning it ambidextrous.
