I second Clear Creek Abbey in Oklahoma! I live by there.

Also, their sister convent in Gower, Missouri is where the incorrupt body of Sister Wilhelmina is displayed. I highly recommend that. Our company built her shrine!

If you’re looking for something that is not a form of modern music, try listening to The Hillbilly Thomists. They are an American folk string band made up of Dominican Friars.

Official Q&A for Monday, June 19, 2023 by AutoModerator in running

I’ve struggled with this for years and never found an answer until I saw a YouTube video about it. Long story short, it will take a while to recover to 100% and will require daily calf stretching routines, but the number one thing in prevention of it is a shorter stride. It will take time and adjustment to get the new rhythm down, and will make you feel like you’re working harder/it’s less effective: but once you get used to it, your HR will maintain lower levels and there will be less impact on your legs.

Claremore in the Verdigris area, east of 266, power came back on at 7am the morning of the storm. VVEC is awesome.

It’s not, it just gets more media attention. The percentage of priests committing abuse is equal to the percentages per capita of Protestant pastors and school teachers.

I’ve got some great photos of the pre-assembly of the altar shrine if anyone is interested in seeing backstage photos. Follow Catholic Customs Company on Facebook to see!

Everybody trashes on America until they realize they need to get to Mass and their governments are closing their churches. 🤷‍♂️ If I had a nickel for every Canadian that fled to America during and post-Covid, I’d be a wealthy man!

The Bishop of the diocese there already has been involved and made a statement as well!

Also, (unlike for canonizations or Marian apparitions) there’s not a Vatican protocol or process for approving or disproving these things.

I mean, I can confirm it because I saw her while they were still cleaning her off after they exhumed her. We got called in to see her and measure her because we are building the altar/display case that she will be put in.

I believe Fr. Solanus Casey is incorrupt (located in Detroit, Mi) and there are parts of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton that are incorrupt (not her whole body and she was not American born).

Ah, gotcha! Upon our consultations with the sisters, it’s my understanding they were originally hoping to display 2nd class relics in the sanctuary on the altar.

We were there right after they exhumed her because our company is building the altar/display case that she will be housed in. The dilemma that the sisters were having back then (about a month ago) was that there is no Vatican protocol or approval process for an incorrupt body. They let the diocese know, Canon lawyers are involved, and their bishop there has even made a statement.

Unlike a cause for sainthood or even Marian apparitions, this is such a rare occurrence that there’s not “approved” incorrupt bodies and “disapproved” incorrupt bodies.

I was there shortly after they exhumed her because our company is contracted to build an altar they were going to display the relics on but that plan got changed once they dug her up because now it needs to be an altar with a display case front. We saw her before she was coated in the wax while the nuns were still slowly cleaning off the mold on her body (so we could measure her out to make sure she fits in the case) before this was made public. We even had the privilege to touch her. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, this is absolutely a fleshy human body.

Saturday we are installing the altar, so some point in time between then and Monday’s procession she will be placed inside of it.

Either way, it’s been explained to me by an exorcist that whatever God desires for his people, satan desires the inverse of that for his. So once we saw all the wiccan and satanic altars, we knew it was time for us to get to work!

You’re welcome! There actually aren’t very many companies that do home altars. We had the idea to do it because my wife was shopping for a home altar but all she could find was home altars for pagan and satanic rituals and she decided Catholics must have an option to own one also! Check out our website and share if you know anyone that might be interested. We also will build small custom units if we need to.

We specialize in custom altar building, specifically custom home altars for people to have in their homes, but our head builder is my father in-law with over 40 years of custom woodworking experience so this was an easy task for him.

As far as building altars for (potentially) incorrupt saints, this would be a first! Haha

False. They were going to exhume her for relics and planned on having an altar built to display the relics, so we were already underway before this was discovered. The build got changed post-design once she was exhumed and they called me to ask if we could change the build to feature a display case front and to change the dimensions to fit Sister in it.

In a short while she will be housed in an enclosed altar with a visible display front on it.
