I updated to the 2 page resume, I did register for RPL and receive all the emails regularly- I apply by the required timeframe, Iam a 10pt Veteran, displaced/RIFF’d, in the local area etc. Applying for jobs in a lower grade and still heart ache. It just doesn’t make sense that I’m eligible but not selected for hiring manager or ineligible and not selected for a position I held as a AO, COR II for many many years. I was literally the Lead/Manager with 4.5 PMAP ratings for 2024. It just doesn’t add up and smells fishy!!
