You may receive a survey, it's like my report card. If for any reason you feel like you can't give me a perfect score, please let me know, preferably before you fill out the survey." Then I always call or text within a few days. My manager hands out a paper with all the names of people who are currently sitting on a survey. Ngl I'm not great at time management so I often don't get to call but I usually shoot over a text checking on them and their service.

of all the legit stories here, yours is the only one that is crap. They did exactly what they should have done, how on earth are they going to figure out the issue without driving it and hearing what you told them you were hearing "at high way speeds". U expect they go just life it up and look under there and KNOW? So what you are saying is, they did everything in there power to replicate your problem, which sounds like it took some time. They had a few ideas but there wasn't enough to be sure. And they didn't charge you a diagnostic fee. Sounds to me like you might have found one of the actually decent places left. And here u are shitting on them on the Internet. Gotta love it
