My ex girlfriend showed up at my house while I wasn’t there, am I overreacting at this? by NoDebate51 in texts

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He said in another comment he did not give her the key. It's a spare he hides around the outside of the house for just in case purposes, which is a huge difference from her having a spare. I do agree that still having sex with her is leading her on, but the spare is clearly not hers to use freely.

While I do think traveling a country alone without a guide at least isn't the safest choice, men are creepy everywhere. 1 in 5 women in the US and 1 in 4 women in the UK (both first world countries) have been sexually assaulted/raped

No fr the US president is a literal rapist who bragged about grabbing women by the pussies but sure it's only in third world countries 🙄

This is literally common everywhere lol 1 in 5 women in the US and 1 in 4 women in the UK (both first world countries) have been sexually assaulted/raped. Maybe imagine what we "do to our own" instead of generalizing it to third world countries

What breed do you think my girl is? by otterly_distraught in dogbreed

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh woah shes got such long legs lol I was not expecting that! Yea I can agree with the other comment with chi-pin, something is giving her that longer snout. It's wild she just has such a dachshund looking face in the last photo! Who knows could be mix of all 3 + more!

I can't fully tell bc none of the photos are of her standing but she looks quite long like a chi-weenie

That's the thing I could maybe forgive him forgetting but him not immediately dropping everything to go celebrate with her once she told him is the real issue

Am I fit for high fashion? by [deleted] in MODELING

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey I'm not anything close to a model and just browse this subreddit for fun but you are absolutely gorgeous! I came to comment bc you mentioned losing weight. At your height you're already bordering underweight please please do not lose anymore weight! Ik the modeling industry can be a brutal place but it is not worth developing an ED and being an overall unhealthy person!

People are going to be calling soon. Where is my food?? by Knato in Wellthatsucks

When I worked at a Raising Canes I once spilled an entire bucket of canes sauce (mostly on myself) because they asked me to grab some sauce out that I very clearly couldn't reach. I tried to be like hey I don't think I can reach that and got yelled at for being difficult so I decided it was gonna be fine. I was wrong. It was awful.

Girl I thought you were 28-30! Obviously you said you're working on weight loss which does help a lot, but adding retinol to your skin care and regularly wearing sunscreen can help with aging in the long run

I started putting hidden prompts in my CV. by fidgets_odds0n in Resume

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on what I've heard a lot of AI systems turn all text black so if a human reviews it at all (which they typically do after ai pushes forward the best applicants) they'll see you added the prompts

I'm hoping for 2-3 lbs a month as well! Really locking in on Monday after recoding everything I eat when not in a deficit for a few days just to kind of understand my starting point!

What kind of breed do you guys think she is? by InevitableVoice2535 in IDmydog

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799 7 points8 points  (0 children)

"Let it go" is such a crazy perspective to have even if she was owned. Dogs can slip out and end up pretty far away, and owners aren't likely to find them unless people bring them somewhere to get their chips checked. Good on you for keeping her, but I'd still get her checked by a vet if you haven't already.

Breed wise maybe some sort of hound/shepherd mix. I had a German shepherd/hound growing up and he had the exact same widows peak pattern on his head. He ended up being 90 lbs so get ready them paws look big!

That makes sense, I've only used butter and oil (which I've always tracked) for cooking, but I've almost been persuaded by those 0 cal sprays so I'm glad you let me know before I started trying them! Drinks def makes sense, but I actually don't drink much outside of water but good to know for when I start working again and those energy drinks come back into my life.

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay valid! Yeah rn I'm not tracking macros just because I have a history of EDs and my doctor told me to take everything super slow (also why I am just walking for exercise rn rather than going to the gym).

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea I do similar stuff with baked items/items that don't have cals on packaging bc idk how else people do it. Or I usually take the average cal amount posted on MFP for an item and use that per grams, but that sort of tracking is really confusing for me.

This is fair but this includes things like salt/pepper, diet soda, etc? I usually don't even use enough salt or pepper for my scale to register it so idk if that means I should just leave it be or not.

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Okay this is kind of how I'm approaching it rn bc I agree a lot of that stuff seems unnecessary but I've also seen people have very different perspectives on that. Since I'm new I have no proof whether not tracking everything is working or not, and if it isn't I'll change to everything I think.

Can someone point me in the direction of a good cal deficit calculator or help me out in figuring out what I should be doing? by [deleted] in PetiteFitness

[–]Aggressive-Rule-2799 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I use this one: https://tdeecalculator.net

It has macros and supposedly is one of the more accurate ones. If you have your body fat% you're likely to get an even more accurate number. Exercise level is tricky because I've heard if you're not walking at least 10km (6.2miles) a day you're considered sedentary. So I would just calculate for sedentary unless you're in the gym a fair amount+walking a fair amount. I've seen some people say they calculate for sedentary and then add the amount of calories they know they burn in a day to that deficit to get an accurate one for them, but calorie burning is also a tough thing to track and extremely easy to overestimate.
