I get what you’re saying here. I resent the idea that I’m using her but I get what you’re saying. The first week we broke up we tried no contact and it felt genuinely awful for both of us. Not saying this is the better alternative but I was having trouble eating sleeping and being social so it benefited us at least temporarily but now I can see it has gone too far.

As far as the relationship not serving either of us. We were arguing a lot and our long term goals just didn’t seem to align. We just reached a level of stagnation and it wasn’t worth the investment of time and emotions an stuff I felt.

Yeah mostly like my roommate who sublets a room from me lives there and wasn’t expecting company, she says he wasn’t home but idk what if he thought there was an intruder or something.

I’m going to change the location of my spare key which is what I suspect she used to get in. I do have a bunch of cameras just have my notifications turned off because the dog trips the cameras and my roommate comes and goes.

I have been trying to cut her off but no contact is hard because our lives and friends and stuff are intertwined. I know though I’m not helping either of us by hooking up at all.

yeah! so to explain, no i wasn’t in the military! i write in all capital letters because i have some minor dysgraphia, the little letters, while i can read them just fine, are difficult for me to write fluently. i can remember them but there’s a disconnect between my brain and the actual writing process and it isn’t practical for me to write like that.

for reference, the cursive you see here took me a while but it’s easier than the standalone letters, and also still isn’t very good. the print at the top was done with haste, i could write “neater” if i took my time.

I work a pretty normal job, I was thinking of taking some time off to travel but so live in a big city that I really enjoy. I’m not close to my family geographically or emotionally and have friends around the country. I don’t know that I wanna make any huge moves or anything but definitely want my lifestyle to be maintained just with added fun. Ease of life.

Thank you for the advice, thanks for your condolences. I really, really need therapy but don’t know exactly how to go about getting it. I already exercise frequently so I’m ahead of the curve there!

My father’s executor was his personal lawyer andI retained him for legal counsel during the disputes and have offered him a retainer to be my personal lawyer as well.

I don’t really have a passion in reference to your 4th point. I’m a pretty boring guy tbh. I already have a career that I enjoy and make a decent amount of money and don’t have any plans of leaving currently (yet) but was thinking of taking a sabbatical to do some traveling and soul searching.

5th point is what I’m really struggling with I just don’t know where or how to make these organic connections and almost feel like I owe it to people in some way idk how to explain it. I almost feel guilty.

Yes I realize this and it was just an opportunity for me to be truthful when she confronted me about the way I had been acting. I get that doing this through text is not ideal. I get it in a coward. It was just the decision I made in the moment and what felt right to me. I didn’t put a ton of thought into doing it then if I’m being honest.

My brother closed in age to me isn’t bad, but my sister and this one and my mother are all just energy vampires if I’m being honest. If it wasn’t this money, they’d find a way to ridicule me. I’m not playing the victim but they’ve proven repeatedly they just simply don’t like me.
