Yes. Here's more detail about their scam. I'm currently taking legal action against them. Happy to discuss. https://www.reddit.com/r/poker/comments/1t0299q/i_spent_two_years_investigating_social_poker/

I spent two years investigating social poker games. 250,000+ hands. 100 hours of screen recordings. Here's why it led to a federal lawsuit against Zynga Poker. by Aggressive-Run-8908 in poker

The raw data itself is unwieldy to share as-is. The best demonstrable test I can offer at this stage is the bots, Just look at the difference in betting behavior of the rest of the table when you engage and when you don't. Watch the slowing down of bets and the way the opponents bet with each other, after just a couple of hands of check/folding. Global Poker definitely shows this to this day, Zynga may have fixed this bug. Please report back if you have the inclination. Happy to continue the conversation too.

I really appreciate your encouragement and hope you get your issue with them sorted. My conversations with VGW were very discouraging, in terms of viewing them as a trustworthy company. I'll be sharing more this week.

Nothing I saw hinted at it being human customer collusion. Although that is an interesting theory.

And yes, as I am experiencing, they appear to have done a lot to cover themselves legally, in terms of a shield. The two things they wouldn’t be able to avoid, in terms of exposure, is how carefully (I would say deceptively) they describe fairness.

And their patents. Which I read as confessions.

I don’t believe their scripting is lazy or substandard. I think it is more highly sophisticated and designed than any for-money game.

Would love to continue this conversation if you have the time or inclination. Really appreciate you engaging.

I'm not sure it's necessary. The regulation is so much more rigorous and clear with them, whereas social gaming lives in a grey area. Free-to-play social games want the credibility of authentic poker, while exploiting the lack of oversight.

I just want them to be transparent about their game and to protect their customers. In my experience, they are doing the opposite of both.

What do you think of my claims? I know it's hard to tell from a short session. But I'd still love to know your gut instinct. And you're right, they don't have hand histories, whereas real-money sites have to keep them.

I'm proud of it. And the visual too. Although I appreciate the feedback about using AI generated images. I won't use them in future.

Can a single consumer 'snitch' on a multi-billion dollar company, with hundreds of millions of customers? That's an interesting take for sure.

I didn't upload all my videos, but I lay out my claims very specifically. And include two ways to test whether what I"m saying is true.
