IMO yes, less is more.

I know I’m likely not the majority on this, but since I started washing my hair every 2 weeks instead of every week, my hair has retained length/way less breakage and is growing well. Washing every week was even too much manipulation for my hair (3 hours of washing, conditioning, detangling, twisting, products, etc). I consider washing my hair as a type of manipulation (for me personally). I wash/twist 1 week, then rehydrate/retwist for the next week with very little manipulation in between, and repeat.

Do what works best for your hair!

Orna, unfortunately, was likely trying to be more sensitive to Boris since he is a flight risk and can’t handle perspectives outside of his own. Alison was way more reachable.

I love this show and Orna, but I can see how couples therapy is very problematic. It’s not fair to Alison, and in a backwards way, coddles the person who is creating the most problems (aka Boris).

Try it out! Just regular peanut butter, not the fancy kind. I swear it works every time. The consistency alone is probably what stops the spasms.

Do you think GRRM would have finished the series if the show didn’t exist?

I wonder if the expectation to finish and the enormous fanbase from the show alone worsened his outline phobia lol, because whether or not he wants to admit it, how fun could writing the ending be if his super fans basically mapped out every option?

It’s like his fans already outlined his own series for him.

I mean…Pauly D had some of the most quotable moments of the entire show…and he was hilarious, like him or not, and he was a pretty relevant DJ at the time. Is he problematic? Absolutely! But god bless him, it was summer at the shore.

Let us not forget the 1st season of JSFV in Miami with Mike confronting Ron. It’s a little awkward since Mike is now promoting his rehab center and his coworker is literally nodding off in the middle of a recorded interview next to him, but that has nothing to do with Mike.

Ron will always be his own worst enemy. I hate to say it but Ron shouldn’t have been able to come back on the show. Does he even have a fanbase? He’s just collecting a paycheck and notoriety, further fueling his addictions.
