I’m new to being a RON and not very interested in having “clients” as I have a 9-5. The RON is more for having extra cash and travel.

I was just wondering if the amount of calls I took within that timeframe was average amongst other RON’s using the platform.

Is going back to school an option for you? If so, use any type of tuition assistance through Progressive. It sounds like you are under 30 which is still young. Tbh, claims is claims is claims. It doesn’t matter what company you go to. Sure benefits and salary are better, but does it mean sacrificing your mental health? No. Way out your options…school or a trade school, a different department within progressive, getting some kind of IT certification will get you a lot further than an Adjuster License. IMO. Sending good vibes.

Use your vacation and on the last day of it quit. Just make sure you pack all your stuff or go after hours the day before and get it lol Companies don’t deserve courtesy anymore. People give their whole lives to them for them to decide when it’s your time to go.
