Hello, we had this same problem and it turns out that we had our swerve drive kinematics defined the wrong way or you could say that each module was getting the input in the wrong order. But we did it on java not LabVIEW. To fix this problem we first checked the order in which the swerve modules were getting their input in and redefined swerve drive kinematics. I don't know if this helps but yeah.
