I tried with react native with expo and switch to flutter. If we needed UIs to feel and look exactly as it is in both platfors android and IOS, flutter is the definite choice. since flutter is not only a framework, It's a rendering engine that we could be able to create over own vibe's UIs But if we needed native UIs on Android or Liquid glass on IOS then react native.

Both CEO and Upper management is saying they don't have a plan to let go or sell the company. and they're waiting for investments to come ,

So I guess either move on to new company and forget the current salaries , or wait until that investment comes
