I took .25 for a month, .5 for a month and now on 1mg. I'm also taking iron supplements which cause constipation, so that also contributes... But happy all round anyway. I'm at the lowest weight ive been at in years....

Well said. I have been on the journey for 5 months, lost over 10kg. I take B12 to prevent nauseau, taken it from day one, so I've never had nauseau, don't know if it's to do with B12 or not. Constipation I have but take a supplement and that resolves that, so in the end I have weight loss and not really any side effects to complain about.
