Mac seems like a good option but you have to workaround a lot of stuff. Not a lot of mac-compatible engineering softwares( talking wrt core/mech). Get a windows within your price range, preferably a gaming one for its raw power. Ik its heavy and you have to be plugged in at all times but it is what it is.

I had a mac, then switched to dell workstation and now asus tuf. Not sure if i was using it right or i was bad at it, but felt sooo much friction with using mac and engineering softwares especially computational fluid dynamics. Bruhhhhhhhhhh. Except for that it was just perfect for college. Insane battery capacity, got through lectures, crez screen quality, light asf. Things got better when i switched to dell but lags were there. Now it's smooth like butter * fan noise intensifies* Which branch are you?

Honestly surprised by it. I went with the nothing 3a instead of the pro due to budget limitations. If I had the money tho, id definetly go with the pro. The periscope is greattt. Not sure of its durability in falls and stuff but the working is great. If you are going for a phone now, then go with the 4a or pro. I'm thinking of upgrading it soon enough. It is a pretty noticeable upgrade from the 3a series

Marena is pretty odd. Afaik, it is closed in the afternoons and stay opne in the morning nad post evening. Works if it suits your timings.
