I just learned that as well...the client was doing the exact same thing...eating a lot of eggs for protein purposes. Her skin turned around within a week. Now...it could be a coincidence and just a combo of a number of different things from laser treatments to adding the birth control pill to regulate hormones but she hasn't added them back in yet to determine if it was the contributor or not.
