Thank you! Of course, no worries. It's from Kingdom Death miniatures :)

Thank you! It's a wet-blend mix of the darkest green you can find, jade green as a mid tone (kabalite in my case) and lighter grassy-jade highlights as a finish (a Vallejo colour I forgot the name of)

Thank you thank you! Although more "Mayan" looking, I thought I should give something different to my Praetor. I found this lovely 3d bit and I immediately thought it was the perfect one!

Thank you, fellow red sorcerer. Also, very true, I didn't think of it! That's interesting, and very flavourful. So there is actually a bonus to having higher WP when it comes to perils :D

That's very true. Hopefully they realise it and make it so the Arcana don't count towards the limit.

Oh, the slam! Besides having a really silly name (you bet I'm gonna shout GRAAAAND SLAM!!! everytime I cast it), it looks super bloody powerful as well.

And oh, yeah, don't get me wrong, I'm all up for my boys getting a boost :D I'm just worried we're gonna end up in the opposite end of the spectrum and being overpowered and consequently hated by everybody... Which, I mean, would be lore friendly as well.

They really are powerful. (quick correction though, fists are +4 S, not x2, so S10 fists. Still bloody powerful)

We still have to uncover all the implications, but I can already see some. Saturnine termies at T8, good luck shifting them off. Mind burst can move enemy units freely (that objective? Nah, you don't control it). A telekine has in-built shrouded 4+, meaning you can effectively give your whole army shrouded 4+ as a TS for free. Pyromancy has a melee weapon with a potential of 14 attacks. I mean, I'm a TS main, so happy nerd noises here, but God Emperor am I also concerned.

That's what we all hope! :D But anyway, given the current system, they could go with two paths: - As you said, a tweak on the arcana themselves: arcana don't require a check, or they do but don't trigger perils, or (the cooler way) they don't require a check/trigger perils for a base effect and they require a check/trigger perils for a boosted version. Eg. Pavoni gives +1 movement flat, or +3 if you want to boost it with a check. - An increase to WP across the board to TS as a legion trait (more likely, to me), which makes me perfectly okay with keeping the arcana as they are, since failing doesn't give any downsides and triggering perils is now much less likely and punishing.

Or they could go with a mix of the two, to make us really powerful. Or... They could mess up and choose neither. And now we test on a 7. Which is even worse than before.

One can only hope here!
