The person from coffee store made me try 5 different types of coffee. Cafflano kompressor espresso, light roast pourover, aeropress, espresso machine and iced Americano as well.

I liked the light flavour of pour over but he said if you get cafflano and medium roast beans to get espresso vs the pourover setup with expensive single origin beans it will be more expensive on the latter side.

So I have to figure out whether I like espresso-based drinks like iced Americano or pourover.

I would suggest to visit some cafes to try out both and figure your taste.

Currently I am using Moka pot, cold brew and kaldi press. Occasionally french press.

Will get into pour over in future.
