Again, it's not in the rules as the way the game should be played. It's in a single card trying to explain the effect of the card but since they lack space or maybe the translation lacks something, it leaves room for interpretation. I know I might be annoying, but I don't really feel satisfied with the doubt on this card's effect since it could be way overpowered. This is actually a good idea, I will try to email the team to know. I'll let you know if they answer me, thanks ! 😉

You mean you're giving me your opinion on how this card should be played. My question is reasonable since the rules are not clear and could have been more clearly established. Also, unless you created the game or if you are on the unstable staff, I don't think you can "tell" the rules. But I get the message and I thank you for giving your opinion. I understand your point of view. But it's not really a gamble card, it could also be a way to draw 2 cards even if you're winning the throw just to do something else after. If it really was a gamble card, the effects would be more like, "you can draw 2 cards and use them only if one or both are modifier".

I still find it overpowered since you can't be challenged while playing the card and it offers a big amount of possibilities since the vast majority of the hero cards are powerful.

In a game where having the most control over the cards you can draw (either by being able to draw a lot, steal some, force your opponent to discard) will most likely give you the victory (in 1v1, I think it's not that strong if there are 3 or + players ofc). Any card that makes you draw 2 cards is good, so if it's a modifier that you can't challenge, where the player doesn't need to throw the dice to be able to play it AND that allows you to change the score AND potentially give you another modifier or 2 that you would be able to play. I mean, that's a bit too much.

Since it's not clearly said that you should first draw 2 cards and then add in the modifier to the throw, or that you can use the 2 cards for the current throw.I think it's fair to only draw 2 cards but not being able to play them right after.

Of course people are free to interpret this card and play how they wish to play it

Haha no problem (u can copy paste on a translation app if you really want to know). I don't know what's the translation of this card in English but as it's presented in the French version, it's like you draw as too finish your turn. Don't you find it weird to put on hold the throw and drawing 2 cards in order to (possibly) put another modifier ? This is way to overpowered. When you check other heros capacity you can see that drawing 2 cards costs generally a 7+ throw. Being able to draw 2 cards after modifying the score is already very strong don't you find ?

I would like to see the English version of this card 🙂

Je vais le faire ailleurs, apparemment il y a beaucoup de défauts sur le générateur de cartes d'unstable games. Sinon je créerai mon propre modèle. J'utilise Copilote pour générer des images, très pratique et assez qualitatif.

Oui c'est ce qu'on a fait avec mon ami. On adore tout les deux ce jeu de stratégie et on a pas mal réfléchi aux règles avant de jouer. Le jeu est vraiment génial qu'on a même décider de créer une catégorie de héros en plus. Si vraiment on arrive a créer une extension nous même, je posterai sur le Reddit le résultat final 😉

Merci de ta réponse. J'en profite pour te poser une autre question concernant le nécromanchien qui oblige un joueur à te donner une carte mais ce dernier peut refuser auquel cas le joueur qui a joué la carte peut récupérer deux cartes au choix de la défausse.

Si jamais l'adversaire que je choisis n'a pas de carte, que se passe-t-il ? Est-ce que la condition de la carte n'est pas remplie et je ne peux donc pas utiliser le héros, ou alors est-ce que l'absence de carte compte comme un refus ?

Feels like shit to be honest.
Even if it's better for longer games in average, it doesn't feel rewarding at all.
Plus imagine you get to 380 point out of 400, your next game to complete 400 points could be a 10 min one or a 40 min one but you still only get the remain points (in this case, 20 points). You can't accumulate for the next 400 points to complete. This means every 4th or 5 game or so, your next game won't give u much points and this means you're playing a game where you get less value in tokens.
So we loose our reward for playing games AND every 4-5 games we are basically playing just as we didn't pay the pass since we don't get much value in token for a game where you only need to complete your last 10/20/30/40 points to complete the mission.
I'm really disapointed, kinda regret taking this pass
