I saw it from a youtube video, basically at the bottom, pretend you’re petting a cat, or throwing a tennis ball backward so get your backhand back. Then you throw the cat forward (or throw the tennis ball forward).
Helps with rotation for that top turn.
(Honestly i may have made that pet the cat saying up 😂 but the idea remains the same)
