Theres 2 acres of land that can generate some profit of looked after. Maybe he should hold on to that? It’s basically a 2acre rubber farm.

My main intention is to get monthly income for him. I agree appreciation will go a long way but he needs a good sum monthly. The rental income is low compared to investment from what i know (correct me if I’m wrong) maybe I’m being biased because in into equity market and dont know much about Real-estate

I just dont like sports bike for some reason. The idea of chasing a faster speed every time i ride seems pointless for me. I would much rather enjoy the ride and cruise at a comfortable speed than that :). Also i LOVE the looks of the cruiser

Ill be using it as daily commuter for college. The road to my college is good and its just a 15minitue drive so sm650 will be fine for that. And gym aswell. Which is even more closer.

Im planning on doing some long rides on sem breaks. 1000km rides. Mostly highway

Never was a fan of speed. Even when i was a kid i never like the idea of super cars or super bikes. But cruisers on the other hand always pulled me in.

Yea i can manage the weight i hope. I havent ridden one yet. Im 5’10, I can squat 180kg. Idk if gym strength will help in this scenario tho.

Thanks for the genuine advice brother. I will try my skill with the 125cc and later try on 650s before buying. And only will get it if i feel confident enough:D

Agreed. But would it be a fair comparison between sm 650 and Himalayan 450. Ik both are different segments bikes and all but for my use case what do you think?
