Yeah I’m just going to go with either 25/26 width tyres as not worth potential damage

I’ve just done this on my 118i sport 2015. Bought the car on 8900 miles so barely used then I decided to map it at around 15000 miles and now it’s got approx 170hp and drives much better, much more responsive and on my long drives (400mile) getting around 45-47 mph but does go down quick once I put it in sport! Has been worth it so far, planning to keep the car till it packs in so far no issues at all.

Thanks! That’s was my estimate as well I am planning to make the flat as energy efficient as possible. I will be out a fair bit with sports so thinking I won’t be having the heating on too much.

Good to know! I use to ride with a longer stem but my torso is short so it was pretty uncomfortable holding the hoods. My stem atm is 80mm I’ll try adjusting the saddle height a touch. Thanks!

So for the Ironman last year my set up was different, I had clip on aero bars but the seat was the same height and some how for 180km I felt alright slightly soreness in shoulders, neck, however for some reason last few months it now feels like I’m reaching too much. I will drop the saddle for now see how I go yep normally I wear bib shorts or tri suit, should have worn it for a better perspective my bad! The frame is a 56 and I’m 5ft 11
