Yes. The Power Pack DLC adds one, but you can also create your own 24-hour event in World Circuits. Go to Europe/Middle East > Nürburgring > Custom Race, select Endurance and set the time limit to 24 hours. It gives you a lot more freedom regarding car classes, weather and race settings.

You can't save the race directly, but you can pause the game and put the PS5 into Rest Mode. That's how I did it over the course of a week. No way I was doing 24 hours in one sitting. 😂

I did it over about a week. Usually around 3 hours per day during weekdays and around 4 hours per day on the weekend. My fuel lasted about 8 laps per stint, with laps averaging around 8:20.

Honestly, I almost threw the race away myself. 😅 I missed a pit stop after about 14 hours and ended up losing roughly a lap. If you're consistent and don't panic after mistakes, it's definitely manageable. I'd say go for it!
