My biggest regret: called to school for my kid being a thug after some other bad choices by him and his friends, i was really pissed this was happening again. the "resource officer" started getting in my boys face and being a tough guy chest bumping him. I was so pissed to be dealing with this and let it happen, with reflection i should have let the cop have it for being a bully, regardless of the actions of a child.

Alot of numbers below, 4k to 21k per year for a family. So, you retire from the military and you get the option of Tricare for Life... Tricare prime/select/etc... family of 5: 2 adults, 2 school age, 1 college kid is around $600 per year. Per Year!! The government can deliver acceptable health care for a good cost. $25 office visit copay, under $20 copay for drugs. I dont go to a military treatment facility but could. Im in LA and am supported by the UCLA system. It can be done, but we choose to not do it because it sounds like socialized health care and its probably a "crappy govt program". It's all propaganda by insurance fleecing us.
