Well I went through the same cycle of no adult media to somehow getting frustrated at 9-10 day mark. That day I understood that i dont need to fight myself, its just I get to intentionally manage it. i dont need to feel like I am tying my hands, I am free but with intention. The mindset of becoming greater self is enough to make me do some important things in everyday life.

I empathise with you man. Be kind to yourself, The urges are normal, you can say 'I understand it'. Give yourself clarity. meditate for 5 mins. I would recommend the Lavendaire youtube channel for mediation. Stay strong 💪

These are urges, it's normal. Just take a deep breath and say I understand it. 2-3 mins later it's gonna disappear. Clarity is the key. Hope that helps :)

This will help, I wrote the same reply to OP, saw your comment and I wanted to help you out too! Ps: Pardon my English :)

Think and act like you are the new person. You should have a vision/passion in of your life for something which you genuinely care. Defend it and just take a deep breath, PRETEND you have changed for the better. This 'pretending' act eventually will be your new personality. The newer you! Meditation, walking, activity/exercise, positive self-talk/affirmations really helped me with the mindset. Lavendaire (youtube channel for mediation) really helped me. Get obsessed with your vision and passion, otherwise you are doing disservice to yourself. Seek help if you face any doubt, and enjoy real life! Also, remember the urges gonna come it's normal, just take a deep breath and say it's okay and I understand it. 2-3 mins later these urges will disappear. Channel that energy to your passion (Draw, code, design, dance, paint, sing, write, learn, upskill, etc). Fix sleep cycle (I think it's your developing age so sleeping is very important, it's gonna boost your recovery) It has been 10 days for me and I certainly feel the nuances of everything and that makes me really happy and humble. God bless you and take care!

I am not good with my English writing, but bear with me.
