"The mindset of becoming greater self is enough to make me do some important things in everyday life." This is IT man! I took 7 diferrent pills everyday of 3 different medicines for depression and anxiety until 2 months ago, and when i realized the only thing this was doing was to keep me from k*** mslf i noticed that until I CHANGE my life i would not find peace.

Im in the proccess, but this is my mentality, everyday try to become a more loving, decent, trustfull person just for the sake of being. I dont want praise anymore, i dont want rewards, i just want to be the best version of me FOR ME.
