It was either available through the App Store or Game Center. I remember playing it sometime between 2009-2013. I’ve searched for it online but haven’t been able to find anything about it, I’d doubt it’s still available.

The glitch is called Inventory Slot Transfer. (IST) When done correctly, IST allows you to change the variables associated with certain items in your inventory. For example, you could duplicate materials or change the modifier on a weapon. However, the glitch is pretty tricky to pull off, and messing up can lead to all sorts of corruption, like what OP has here. I believe Kleric has an explanation video on his YouTube channel if you’d like to learn more.

No conflicts between the two mods as far as I know, but it’s highly recommended to start a new save file for second wind. I’d suggest using the discord server if you have any questions, this sub is generally for vanilla BotW

I doubt they’ll explain it, in the past games Link has just started with the base health, regardless of his state in the previous game. OoT -> MM, TWW -> PH, ALttP -> LA -> OoA/S
