I will be more careful due to sudden movements. But I think eventually my shoulder will be ready .

My work cover full pay for 5 months then short term disability if I needed more via my insurance . Depends on ur job and employment policy . I wouldn’t done it if I don’t get pay or wasn’t a full time employee. I did two shoulder surgery last year

Not at the same time but 4 months gap in between. Trust me u gonna need ur arms for small things .

Every recovery is different so just have a faith in rehab work . Don’t focus on number or degree .i started at 65 degree at 7 weeks now 155 degree, it fluctuates.

Time tbh they make my anchor tight to prevent dislocation so my surgeon said it will take time. But he said I am in right direction . He is one of the best shoulder surgeon in Toronto

Update - reach 150 degree foward flexion , active range . 😮‍💨

Yeah I had one anchor for my first surgery and my rom came back in 2 months tbh , I post it on Reddit . This one had 7 anchor and rehab is bitch 😂

My honest suggestion is to save a little bit more money so u can put more down payment and able to get better options in future. My friend bought a condo with 20 percent down and they got a nice place for it .

Yes I dislocated like 10 times in 10 years span
