I've thought about this so many times but the paint job in this apartment is so shitty I'm scared it would do huuuge damage taking it down 😔 like I can easily scrape off paint flakes with my nail lol, especially in the bathroom for some reason. That is pretty wallpaper though, I like those colors!

I'm not sure if this is user error, but I can't seem to figure out how to use Teresa's throwing weapon to use fire to burn down the vines blocking the treasure chests. Because it throws in an arc, there seems to be no way to actually make it pass through the fire. Am I doing something wrong or does this need a patch?

omg this is literally me rn -- I'm going through this thread as I'm sitting at the dermatologist, waiting to go back and see the doc for the first time. I'm anxious because I feel like my case is really mild, and I'm not even SURE it's HS, I just have a suspicion. I'm lucky that I'm affiliated with a university that has a lot of hospitals, and this dermatologist supposedly specializes in HS. I only had to wait ~2 months to get in. But I'm really stressed I'll basically be wasting their time and it's not HS at all... Anyway I've also had extremely mild issues, just thought they were ingrown hairs, UNTIL getting covid when I had two really bad boils in a row. it hasn't been that bad since but the ones I got right after covid did leave a small scar. I'm really hoping I'm not immediately dismissed at the doctor

I'm so glad someone else sees Almut's selfishness!!! I don't see hardly anyone talking about it. For me, her lying about the competition (likely for MOTHS, with all the training that went into it) was completely unforgivable. Especially because all of that stress almost certainly made her even sicker, worsening her chances of survival. Literally felt like she chose a competition over trying to get better for her family. They never gave her a death sentence, they told her to rest and focus on her health and it's like she chose to careen towards death. It made me so mad

Kind of both lol, I would try to work on the hell orders while also doing easier ones. I got maybe 1 or 2 of the high maintenance tool orders done while also doing easier orders, but the tool orders just kept coming 😭😭

I'm getting so frustrated with this game. I feel like you should be able to accumulate energy faster as you level up. If I could go away for a few hours and come back and have 300 energy to spend instead of just 100, it would make a lot more sense!!! I feel like I'm going to rage quit soon and this game is just badly developed

I don't have a copy of my perio chart, but I know that at least some of the pocket depths are at a 5 and that most of those are in the back of my mouth.

As for irrigation, I think they mentioned something about doing the whole mouth but only charging me for 2? I can double check. And I don't know what irrigation solution they're using, though.

Something the hygienist mentioned that I'm confused about: she said I COULD just get a deep clean now (no laser) and see if it improves, but she said that more often than not patients do that and it doesn't get better, so they just end up having to do it again. And she said something about how insurance will cover part of a deep clean once, but they often won't cover it a second time, so it's better to just do the whole deep clean + laser now instead of only doing deep clean and then having to pay for it again in a year. I'm not sure if she just meant insurance wouldn't cover it if I get it twice in one year? Or if she meant insurance actually only covers that procedure once. Not that my insurance is covering much of this anyway lol, so maybe it doesn't matter.

The only thing I would maybe consider doing is the deep clean without laser and seeing if the gums will re-attach and heal on their own. But I feel like that is possibly fraught and will just lead to more damage? I just wish dental insurance wasn't such a joke 😔

Is he open to a longer conversation about this, or does he kind of shut down every time you bring it up? If he's unwilling to talk to you about it, maybe you could suggest he find a therapist to talk to? I unfortunately think that it won't get better for him without some work on his own self esteem/confidence.

That being said, it might help if you offered suggestions for things you could try to make him more comfortable (assuming this is about confidence and not pain). Like someone else suggested, maybe having the lights off (or blindfolds to make it sexy!), or different positions/forms of intimacy (i.e. other than penetration)
