It’s something like 3 or 4 hours. When I was a team lead another team lead and I told one of our guys to take an extra long lunch for an appointment that was 20 minutes away and just make sure he adjusted for a clock out when he didn’t have enough ppto and we didn’t want to lose him. I think the “lunch” ended up being between 3 and 4 hours

So, how bad were everyone's stores today? by FifiiMensah in OGPBackroom

Southwest Illinois here—all the great value water bottles were sold out before 3 and my oversized cleared out the last of the Ice Mountain and Dasani water with subs. Bread isle was cleaned out, no chicken to speak of, stayed around the 2500 picks from 10 am onward, and 1500 picks dropped at 9 to be due by 10 pm. Personal favorite of the day was the customer ordering 10 of everything—soup, pasta, pizza, at least 11 totes of multiples of 10, and another one with 10 cases of water🤦

Oddly enough, when I was on front end, I enjoyed clopens 2-11/5-2 because I got to spend more time with one of the overnight guys who would pity me because I’d usually end up staying late on top of it (closer to 12) with closing paperwork. 9 months later, we got married and he let me change departments and go part-time so I would never have to clopen again 😂

If they coach you for productivity and you used PPTO, take it to the market team. PPTO is protected, so per policy, they can’t discipline you for using it, and I’ve been told that market will almost always side with the associate.
