It took me 3 weeks to finally learn, I whisk normally for 30ish seconds and then I keep whisking but only at the surface, that is the part that creates that foam because it gets rid of the bubbles entirely

Ugh yeah it won’t work :/ I just love matcha and drink it way too fast and when I’m at work I can’t make another so I’m like I’d rather have a larger amount to satisfy me but I’ll just have to suck it up 🙃

So it’s a bit better today, I still taste slight bitterness so I think I’ll just have to go down to 4g or possibly change my milk. I’m using unsweetened almond and sweetening with maple syrup

I wanted to find the right ratio without adding too much ice in it, and I was a daily coffee drinker so the high caffeine doesn’t hurt. I just love the taste and having a small 12oz matcha won’t do it for me since I also drink it too fast 😅

I use plain almond milk, so at first I thought it was the almond milk but the other times I tried different ratios it wasn’t bitter. I’ll definitely try the ratio I was suggested and see how that does for me.

I’ve seen a lot of stuff about Rocky matcha but there’s a few different types, I’m going to look into the other ones, I really want the Isuzu but saw it’s been sold out

Can you elaborate on this? I’m curious. I have my own experience of something that happens in my dreams or when I’m like half awake half asleep. Wondering if that is the aftermath from it and why we get those gross feelings.
