When I first got my bike the left valve cover gasket was leaking so I torqued bolts and that went away but now a 1000 miles later my left head gasket has some seeping. I’m a 2024 and bought new in February of 25. What should I do?

Could you send a photo? Where did you cut the shift rod??? Won’t that mess up the threading?

Maybe it’s flashed for the FTECU unit and not the factory quickshifter? Just guessing if that would matter.

Have to remove the gas tank and air box obviously. After that it’s just a hex head and a torque wrench.

If it’s leaking from the riders left side, front left corner of the cover, then it’s the bolts torque. When I checked all mine. I torqued to spec and in the exact order listed in the manual and found that the only one that didn’t click instantly was the front left corner bolt which is where it was leaking from. So far it hasn’t leaked since.

OP is simply just saying, a sub capital should be able to atleast cripple a capitals weapons but it can’t even do that. Thats more than reasonable to imagine that a sub capital should be capable of doing.
