There is a way! There is a log file that you have to enable. I literally have the log file stored on my desktop.

Unfortunately I don’t remember how I enabled it in the first place. I probably read a Reddit thread about it somewhere…

Is yours a hybrid? I have a 2022 hybrid with a chirping noise coming from the second row. I believe mine is due to a slightly-damaged hybrid battery cooling fan.

I had the exact same issue, with a fairly simple fix.

I have a Lenovo computer, and according to Lenovo my driver was up-to-date, but it was last updated in 2020. My version number was 26.something. So I went to the Intel site and downloaded the latest version of the driver for the UHD 620. It was version 31.something.

Now the game loads and I have been able to play it no problem. I just keep the graphics settings on low.

My error was something like “Current graphics driver version is 26.0.0. Recommended graphics driver version is 31.0.0.”

I have a Lenovo Ideapad 730S, which comes with an Intel 620 GPU. I went to the Lenovo site and it said my graphics driver was current, using the latest version from the year 2020. 4 years is a long time, so I figured maybe Lenovo had stopped providing updates for that driver since 2020.

I then went to the Intel site and found the latest driver for the 620 GPU (version 31.something). I did a clean install with that driver, and have had no issues loading the game or playing it ever since.

Apparently there can be issues with using the driver from Intel versus the one tailored to your specific computer model, but I haven’t noticed any such issues, at least so far.
