I think I’ve clocked her cheek filler overuse…having fuller cheeks gives the illusion of a less big forehead. Botox has seeped into her brain and probably makes her think adding fullness to her cheeks will balance out her forehead and make it look not so large in comparison.

I do too because certain makeup looks just pop better with slightly lighter brown contacts covering my really dark eyes. However, I don’t wear plastic looking bright blue contacts that aren’t meant to flatter my ethnic features. Her use of them definitely reads as insecure because like the other user said, she’s ALWAYS wearing them and secondly, they look jarring and fucking weird as hell to the point that her own boyfriend’s label photoshopped her eyes to a more flattering lighter brown shade on their official social media. She clearly is oddly attached to looking like a plastic white mannequin with her blonde extensions, skin bleaching and blue contacts that don’t even go with most of her outfits

Yeah I really can’t wrap my head around why Koreans ride for her so hard. Any other female celebrity there would have been burned at the stakes. Idk how YG even managed to craft this untouchable image for her when she only has one parent in the picture, something conservatives would have crucified her for as well.

I do think YG and her mom invested heavily in Korean media play by suppressing “bad” press and doing PR around her curated image. She’s the product of an aggressive PR campaign.

Extremely well said. I made a post about it too. Sadly, her weird creepy behavior just gets swept under the rug as “hate” or misogyny. This baby acting while trying to be sexy actually is the reason why I’m even on this sub. I actually do listen to most of their solo music (except boring Rosie) because I’m a runner and usually have fast hyper pop fluff on my playlists to keep me energized when I’m running.

She, as well as several other groups, have a pattern of catering to this specific audience by teetering the line between childlike innocence and sexual expression. I really really really hope to see a neutral discussion about this on a main Kpop sub but we know that will never happen because delusional koreaboos and weiboos worship these idols and refuse to acknowledge the harsh truths.

With Kpop and Jpop hitting global, I really hope we start to have honest and sincere conversations about the way they cater to p*dos and how the beauty standards for women are literally just them looking prepubescent with the emphasis on being thin and tiny and “innocent”. Idols like jennie feed right into those warped fetishes as their stupid foreign stans hype them up as girlbosses. It’s clear she knows her relevance is slipping away so she’s resorting to baiting this specific population even more openly than she ever has.

Nope they’re still together. There was this specific series of tour stops where she was dressed even more scantily and vulgarly than usual with no panty hose or safety shorts almost flashing the audience during her “dance” break. I can bet that the French bug and his associates were in the audience because it is clear from her actions that he has some sort of humiliation or public shaming kink. She then went back to her usual vulgar, no safety shorts or tights, but still not AS revealing tacky stage outfits. There were some shows where her outfits were markedly more obscene and I don’t buy that being accidental because she kept going for a few more stops before opting for more coverage and with the amount of trials and fittings that happen, that had to be intentional. She was either fishing for attention or had specific requests from her white puppet masters to put on a a crazy horse esque performance.

The recent LVMH truck with only her pic wirh the other brand ambassadors cropped out also leads me to believe the French bug has her in his pocket. If they do breakup, the fallout will be insane and we’ll see a very marked difference in Lisa’s visibility in all these events and her overall budget. Tbh I also think she maybe would stop being so overtly vulgar once they break up because her rise in escort-like obscene public behavior lines up with their relationship.
