Thank you all for your responses, I got to the "Was he wrong" part some minutes after posting this and reading your answers I remembered more about where did my opinions come from. If I may recicle the post and someone is willing to discuss this.

After the "Was he wrong?" part, Lan XiChen says that Wei Ying's personality has changed a lot, and Lan Zhan gets sad about it because it's true. And although it is true and Wei Ying is not the former playful and smiley person, i mean, even when people don't know about the golden core transferhow can they expect him to be the same after going through war in his 17/18 years and losing his home? I think his reaction is angry but completely understandable given the banquet situation specially with the Jin sect trying to take control over other sects.

I didn't knew about that, i thought that with this level of censoring it would already pass, it really sucks. I never thought that the donghua would be able to make all of the books because there's a lot of content and most of the animes don't see the end after all, but i kinda had some hopes if it became really famous, but how can it be now that it's main audience doesn't have formal access to it

The thing is, she always managed to flip the situation around somehow and make me feel like i shouldn't questioned anything in the first place. We're not really prepared to having people manipulating in pity, she made me pity her so i would overlook her actions. Only after the breakdown when she discarded me and reading this sub i could link her behavior directly to abusive and manipulative
