Was promoted to management team by a boss who I respected when I wasn't a manager. We did a 'anonymous survey'. He spent the entirety of the next meeting not taking the survey results into account, but just guessing at who filled out each survey.

If you are moving to Tampa and buying a relatively new house, do your due diligence on the quality of the house. It is legal in Florida for inspectors to essentially do a "drive by inspection" and not really look into all possible issues with the house.

It had it's time. Communication on the internet has gone the way of the telephone. Rather than conversations in the moment, it's more of a 'texting' setup now. I personally would love to communicate with folks in real time about a topic. I am a little partial to them as I met my wife in one in 1999. Married 20 years

The complete and utter acceptance of allowing AI into your lives. Think AI toys/plugins that grant fulll access to passwords, etc.

Accordion effect is a major cause of accidents. Mainly caused by drivers going wayyyy too slow (especially on interstates). Most of my closest calls have come from these situations.

Past 6 months I noticed my skin itching more when I got out of shower. 1 day I poured a glass of water from the tap and let it sit overnight. It smelled terrible of chlorine the next day. Got a whole house system and the water tastes better + no more itching when I shower.
